Questions families ask
Do you sell my data or show ads?
No. There are no ads in Famsong and your family's data is never sold. Each household is private, and you decide what to share with relatives.
Does Famsong track where my kids are?
No. There is no location tracking. Points and a podium give kids recognition, and a child can send a photo as proof a chore is done. Where you want it, an arrival check-in lets someone say “I'm here”.
What about children's privacy?
Children are part of the household but the household belongs to its adults. We do not advertise to anyone and we do not sell anyone's data, which includes children's.
Can grandparents and helpers join without installing anything?
Yes. You send them a link from your own phone; it opens Famsong in their browser, or in the app if they have it. Guests are included at no extra cost and see only what they need. They can read everything in their own language.
Which devices does it work on?
PC, Mac, tablets, iPhone and Android. Famsong runs in the browser and can be added to a phone's home screen. Any tablet or smart-fridge screen with a browser can be the kitchen display.
What if I want to leave?
Export everything at any time. Deleted items go to a recovery bin and there are nightly backups.
